Goldfields welcomes the State Government’s approval of the Shepparton South East Precinct Structure Plan (PSP) — a decision that will create thousands of new homes and hundreds of local jobs. Goldfields is proud to be delivering over 600+ lots and a local park in the Shepparton South East Precinct across our shovel-ready 43.35 hectare site. The development will provide much needed housing in a growth area in Regional Victoria and bring vital supply to market, easing housing affordability and rental market pressures. Goldfields has been working closely with Insight Planning Consultants in conjunction with the Victorian Planning Authority and the Greater Shepparton City Council to progress the Shepparton South East PSP.
