Lachlan has over 16 years’ experience in the Australian real estate industry with a considerable track record in sourcing, structuring, and developing residential, hotel, and greenfield communities while leading the success of the Goldfields business nationally since 2014.
As CEO of Goldfields, Lachlan has achieved exponential growth and forged an exemplary portfolio of projects across Australia, cementing Goldfields’ reputation as a market leader in the property sector. Lachlan’s depth of relationships and keen focus on high quality outcomes has seen him provide exemplary leadership to Goldfields’ best in class team of professionals delivering consistent growth year on year.
Before joining Goldfields, Lachlan held roles with prominent Australian property firms Pellicano Group and Shape Australia where he was responsible for the successful delivery of mixed use projects throughout Australia. During this time, he was also responsible for the successful portfolio growth of these businesses through innovative acquisition strategies and the relentless pursuit of superior results for his clients. Prior to these roles, Lachlan was a manager in the capital markets division of global real estate services firm, Jones Lang LaSalle, where he developed a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics both domestically and internationally.

Paul began his career in the finance industry in 2004 before making the move into property development in 2005. Since that time, he’s been involved in projects across Australia, Europe and the Middle East covering all asset classes. Paul joined Goldfields in 2016 and has been responsible for the acquisition of projects with an end value of over $2.22B. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland and a Graduate Diploma in Property Economics from the Queensland University of Technology.
