Planning changes paves way for Goldfields’ WA estate in Cowaramup

We’re excited to share this important milestone that will allow the development of a 20ha parcel of land in the picturesque regional WA town of Cowaramup.

Our State Director, WA, Gareth Wilson, said that Cowaramup that will deliver 184 residential lots and a 2ha medium-density site with lots ranging in size from 380m2 to 1,900m2.

“The Cowaramup estate sits in the heart of Margaret River wine region and will feature 2.6ha of public open space spread across four local reserves with the Wadandi Track, Sumit Lake, and Cowaramup Primary School all within walking distance.”

Lachlan Thompson, Goldfields’ CEO, said plans for the new estate reflect Goldfields’ exciting long-term vision for Western Australia.

“The Cowaramup estate joins our popular Spindrift residential development and the recently acquired Sorrento Beach Resort further diversifying the company’s asset portfolio across new property sectors.”
