We’re thrilled to announce the acquisition of Sorrento Beach Resort in Western Australia, securing freehold ownership of approximately 9,000m² of beachfront land.

This milestone comes after a two-year process to amalgamate 81 individual strata titles and acquire the business, giving us full ownership and control of both the asset and operations.

“Our plan is to continue operating Sorrento Beach Resort while implementing immediate value-add opportunities that benefit guests and the broader Sorrento community,” said Lachlan Thompson, CEO.

With its prime location, consistent revenue and long-term potential, the resort is a strategic addition to our WA portfolio alongside Spindrift Margaret River and our Cowaramup landholding.
