A calculated risk undertaken during the height of Covid is proving to reap the rewards for the Chapel St precinct. We’re proud to have kickstarted this new era with our commercial tower, Goldfields House, which is now over 90% leased and continues to bring life to South Yarra with the recruitment of top tier businesses and hospitality venues.
