Goldfields, together with construction partner Binah, is proud to mark the official commencement of construction on Quartet Milton — our landmark $220 million luxury apartment development in Brisbane’s inner west.
After a five-year journey from vision to reality, the project team celebrated this significant milestone with an official sod-turning ceremony, with Goldfields Managing Director Marco Gattino and CEO Lachlan Thompson, alongside Binah Director and Co-Founder Khalil Hafza and Co-Founder Amen Zoabi, turning the first sod to officially commence construction.

With construction now underway, Quartet is scheduled for completion in Q4 2028 and will deliver a new benchmark for luxury apartment living in Milton. We look forward to sharing further updates as we progress with this exciting build.
