Goldfields appoints BINAH to deliver Quartet Milton

Press

A major milestone has been achieved at Quartet Milton, with Goldfields officially appointing BINAH as the construction partner for our c.$100 million residential development in the heart of Milton.

The appointment marks an important step forward for Quartet as the project moves into delivery, bringing together an experienced project team to deliver a considered new residential offering for one of Brisbane’s most connected inner-city suburbs.

Bringing a wellness-focused vision to life

Set across 18 storeys, Quartet will comprise 131 residences, including a curated collection of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments designed around elevated living, timeless interiors and a strong connection to place.

Designed by Cera Stribley, with town planning by Rothelowman, the development has been shaped to respond to Milton’s riverside setting while offering residents a refined approach to urban living.

At the heart of Quartet will be an expansive rooftop sanctuary featuring a 25-metre lap pool, spa, sauna, cold plunge, communal BBQ area and spaces designed for relaxation, connection and entertaining.

Delivering quality through collaboration

BINAH brings a strong track record delivering high-quality residential, commercial and mixed-use developments across Queensland and New South Wales. Their appointment reflects Goldfields’ commitment to partnering with experienced teams who share our focus on quality, design excellence and delivering homes residents can enjoy for years to come.

Construction is scheduled to commence in August 2026, with completion anticipated in Q4 2028.
