We’re thrilled to unveil our latest venture — a $170 million mixed-use project at 9-15 Brighton Street, Richmond.

Our 11-storey development will feature 100 beautifully curated residences as well as ground floor retail and wellness amenities.

Designed with lifestyle in mind, future residents will enjoy prime access to the CBD, the Barkly Gardens, the Melbourne Sports and Entertainment Precinct, Richmond Train Station, and the iconic Chapel Street retail hub.

Led by Cera Stribley in architecture and Jack Merlo in landscaping, this project will redefine urban living in Melbourne.

Construction is set to begin in 2026, with completion targeted for 2027. Stay tuned as we bring this exciting vision to life.
