Our 12-storey development will feature 125 beautifully curated apartments and townhouses as well as ground floor retail and rooftop amenities.

Designed with lifestyle in mind, future residents will enjoy prime access to the CBD, the Barkly Gardens, the Melbourne Sports and Entertainment Precinct, Richmond Train Station, and the iconic Chapel Street retail hub.

Led by Cera Stribley in architecture and Jack Merlo in landscaping, this project will redefine urban living in Melbourne.
