Landmark Elimbah sale reinforces confidence in Moreton Bay’s growth

We’re pleased to announce the successful sale of our 181-hectare Elimbah landholding to Ho Bee Land with Ray White Special Projects Qld and Cushman & Wakefield, delivering a strong outcome for Goldfields.

Following significant unsolicited interest, the site was taken to market in a highly competitive and disciplined campaign. With key approvals secured and external trunk infrastructure being delivered, the site was sold on a development ready basis.

As noted by National Director of Communities, Paul Cicchiello:

“We are proud to be transitioning a fully de-risked, development-ready site to Ho Bee Land. This work provides a strong platform for the next phase of delivery and positions Elimbah to realise its full potential as a major master planned residential, industrial and business precinct for the Moreton Bay region.”

Located 50 kilometres north of Brisbane, Elimbah sits within one of South-East Queensland’s most important growth corridors, supporting the continued expansion of the Moreton Bay Region.

We look forward to seeing this major precinct progress into its next chapter.
