The crane is up and construction is well underway for The Raleigh, our first Build to Rent project on the corner of Raleigh Street and Punt Road in the heart of Windsor.
We’re thrilled to share that excavation, retention and in-ground services are now complete, with commencement of the structure now underway. We’ll soon see completion of the raft slab, an exciting milestone given the footprint of the project.
We look forward to sharing more updates as we continue to make progress with this landmark development.
