Goldfields has officially entered the Build to Rent (BTR) sector with the commencement of The Raleigh in the heart of Windsor. Construction is well underway for the $350 million apartment complex with basement excavation now complete. Nestled between the vibrant precincts of Windsor, Prahran, and St Kilda on the corner of Raleigh Street and Punt Road, the interconnected 15-storey double tower will host 348 studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and offer a wealth of sophisticated amenity for residents.
