Earlier this week, we welcomed some of our valued builder partners to Shelter Brewing Co. in Busselton for an exclusive preview of our newest residential community in Cowaramup, Western Australia, In Town.
The event was a great opportunity to connect with local industry partners, share insights into the opportunities ahead and discuss how Goldfields is helping bring more housing opportunities to the South West.
Goldfields WA State Director Gareth Wilson shared an overview of In Town and the important role the community will play in supporting the region’s growing housing demand. Located in one of the South West’s most beloved towns, In Town offers builders and future homeowners an exciting opportunity to be part of Cowaramup’s next chapter.
We also discussed Spindrift, our award-nominated community in Margaret River, where buyers can secure a homesite opposite Darch Trail and enjoy a lifestyle connected to the surrounding natural environment.
A key talking point was the Peninsula Release, which offers a range of opportunities for those looking to build in this sought-after location. With lots up to 862m² now titled and ready to build on, the release provides buyers with the flexibility to bring their vision for a dream home to life.
Bringing our builder partners together gave us a valuable opportunity to share what’s happening across our Western Australian communities, exchange ideas and strengthen the relationships that help turn great places into homes.
A big thank you to everyone who joined us at Shelter Brewing Co., and to the dedicated team at Acton Belle Property South West for helping make the event a success.
We look forward to continuing to work alongside our builder partners to create more opportunities for homebuyers and contribute to the future of the South West property market.
