Goldfields’ Parkers Grove estate will comprise approximately 641 residential land lots, located just a stone’s throw from Shepparton town centre. The community is the first residential project approved under the Shepparton South East Precinct Structure Plan (PSP) and will include a 1ha central park, natural wetlands and a network of walking paths.
