We’re proud to announce the official start of construction on a new primary school and kindergarten in our growing estate, Verve Clyde North. Our team recently visited the site alongside local MPs and project partners to mark this key milestone.
This future education hub will include a 715-student primary school and a two-room kindergarten, designed to support the growing community and provide long-term benefits for families who call Verve home.
The project complements Goldfields’ vision of ensuring high quality education facilities are located near the families who choose our residential estates. With construction progressing well, the primary school is set to open in Q1 2026, with the kindergarten following in Q1 2027.
