What a year it’s been.
Within a challenging market, Goldfields successfully launched in excess of $1B in projects and commenced construction on $500M.
We completed Elwood’s Foam Street and opened Beverly Rooftop. Goldfields House welcomed landmark tenants Great Southern Bank and Stonebridge to bring 627 Chapel Street near fully occupied. We launched Verve Clyde North, The Bryson of Chatswood, Spindrift Margaret River, and Hammond Lane Kyneton. Neighbourhood events brought residents together to celebrate our thriving communities.
